About the owner

Hi, I'm Hanna! I live in eastern Iowa and am the owner and operator of Elite Transactions. I began my real estate career in 2017 working as an unlicensed administrative assistant at a farm management, real estate, and appraisal company. While there, I primarily assisted one agent who consistently ranks as a top agent in the Cedar Rapids MLS. In 2020, I earned my real estate license and began working as an agent for a top-producing team. After a couple of years, I transitioned back into transaction coordination and operations. 

I began offering independent transaction coordination services in 2023 and since then have dedicated tremendous time and energy toward building a transaction coordination company that provides elite support for real estate agents. At Elite Transactions, my ultimate goal is to successfully manage transactions, resulting in stress-free closings and delighted agents and clients.

I excel at maintaining organization and helping others achieve their goals, understand the complexities of transactions, and can anticipate hurdles that may arise. I strive to maintain a high level of knowledge and professionalism in my career and pride myself on my level of integrity and confidentiality.   

Outside of real estate, I love to spend time with family, including my husband, daughter, golden retriever, and maine coon. You can often find us outdoors on walks, swimming, gardening, or just milling around. I enjoy time in the kitchen, baking and trying new dinner recipes, and always have a snack or sweet treat at the ready. I also like to attend local events and try to support local as much as possible.
