Hi, I'm Hanna!
I'm the owner of Elite Transactions, an independent transaction coordination company based in eastern Iowa. My passion is helping real estate agents stay organized, reduce stress, and deliver an exceptional experience for their clients.
My real estate career began in 2017 in administrative support before earning my Iowa real estate license in 2020. After gaining experience in both sales and operations, I discovered that transaction coordination was where my strengths—and my passion—truly belong. Since launching Elite Transactions in 2023, I've focused on building efficient systems, providing dependable support, and helping agents navigate transactions with confidence from contract to close.
I'm known for my attention to detail, organization, and proactive communication. I take pride in maintaining the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality while serving as a trusted extension of my agents' businesses.
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me spending time with my husband, daughter, golden retriever, and maine coon. We enjoy being outdoors, whether it's taking walks, swimming, gardening, or exploring local events. I also love baking, trying new recipes, and supporting local businesses whenever I can.
