Elite Transactions is growing and looking to add Independent Contractor Transaction Coordinators to the team. The goal is to find experienced professionals who can be trusted to independently manage transaction files and provide the same level of service agents have come to expect at Elite Transactions.

Looking for someone who is:
• Experienced with Iowa real estate transactions and/or transaction coordination
• Unlicensed or holds an inactive Iowa real estate license
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable managing multiple deadlines and moving pieces
• A strong, professional communicator
• Self-motivated, dependable, and responsive
• Able to work independently and manage assigned files through closing
• Interested in developing an ongoing professional relationship with Elite Transactions

This opportunity may be a great fit if you are:
• A current Transaction Coordinator who enjoys the work but doesn't want to manage invoicing, marketing, client acquisition, or the business side of running a TC company
• An administrative professional with real estate transaction experience who is looking for a flexible, specialized opportunity
