A transaction coordinator performs the administrative tasks involved in a real estate transaction. They manage the transaction from contract preparation, to acceptance, and through closing. A transaction coordinator tracks deadlines, communicates with all parties, and ensures files are in compliance.  

Most communication is via email and text, although you are welcome to call or message me on social media.  

Before we begin working together, we will chat about your communication preferences. I send regular email updates about the status of your transactions and will email or text you directly about anything needed. 

You save the most time by allowing me to provide information directly to your clients. However, I try to keep this strictly to status and deadline emails and make sure to copy you on all client correspondence.

I help you leverage your time by taking care of the back-end busy work of real estate transactions. While I make sure your transactions are on track and on time, you can spend your time on more income-producing activities.  

Hiring a transaction coordinator is a great middle ground between doing it all on your own and hiring a permanent employee. There is no overhead because I charge per file, and you don’t have to worry about training, payroll, or employee benefits. And you’re not obligated to use Elite Transactions for every transaction if you feel like you have a particular one under control or find yourself in a slower season of business.
